Parker, PA.

Parker, PA. is a city in Armstrong County that was incorporated in 1873. It now has a small population of around 700 but still is a city. It is billed as “The Smallest city in the USA”. This is a picture of a bridge in Parker that crosses the Allegheny River. Also pictured is a mug from the Centennial celebration in 1973.

This year is their 150th anniversary. Activities are being planned for July 15 & 16. Plan to attend the celebration of “The Smallest City in the USA”!
