- MARY’S IRISH CREAM
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 pint heavy cream
- 4 oz. Irish whiskey
- 1 Tbsp chocolate syrup
- 1 Tbsp instant coffee
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp almond extract
Blend together in a blender and refrigerate. Can add 4 eggs but is good either way. You can drink this alone or add it to your coffee with a dollop of whipped cream for an Irish coffee. I have been making this for years. The recipe came from my daughter’s friend, who is from Ireland. Enjoy!
